Great help with everything it used to be a long wait but has been a lot better since the remodel.

I have had nothing but horrible experiences at this place.
The first time I came I waited for a good 20 min because the co workers were just hanging out with their friends.. The girl who finally helped me after I pretty much told her to, acted as if she hated her job and was stoned.
I asked to try some flavors and to my surprise, I didnt get to try anything because every one of the batteries she gave me wasnt working so she just gave up. I went back with a friend of mine and she bought a new tank... The lady gave it to her directly out of the display case and it didnt even have a wic with it!
I tried one last time to go back as it was on my way home from work and I needed a new wic. They didnt have any of the wics I needed so I went ahead and bought a new tank. I mentioned the one my friend was given so the lady went to the back and brought mine out and took it apart to show me the wic was there.. the next day I realized that I, too, had been sold a faulty tank!!! It simply does not work! I will never go back to this place nor will I recommend it to anyone! horrible services- horrible product-- no thank you. I will spend my money else where!

Beautiful store!! It's enormous. The service was the worst service I've encountered in a long time. The boast about no wait time but I was there today and waited for thirty minutes. I was flat ignored. The girl helped us stood over on the side helping no one. When we asked if she was an employee she seemed highly irritated. There were five employees working that day. I purchased a new tank and she sold it with no box or wicks. The only thing she was helpful at doing is screwing me.

Very friendly, good choice selection, fair prices and even assist with repairs. Have swung by multiple times and see more people here with high end rebuilds then anywhere else.

Terrible customer service! I highly suggest you take your business elsewhere. Also, suggest you avoid Capella. Try a company like TFA, FW or HV!

I've been to several different vapor stores this is the best hands down plus you will not find a better tasting juice.

This place is amazing. The ONLY vape shop that I will go to. They take pride in what they do. Great customer service and products!

These guys have a huge selection of products to choose from. No matter where you are there's a location near you. I LOVE being able to order online.

I really enjoyed my visit to this store. I had so much fun. The staff was great and the customers too (I guess people who enjoy this type of thing are generally fun). If you have free time, you should head to this store. They allow you to take your time, sample the different flavors, and don't rush you out the door (of course the day I visited a tornado was headed that way and they did have to close the store early, but still gave me plenty of attention and help) I'm thinking generally, you can stay all day (if a tornado's not coming)... Also, if you refer customers they'll give you and the customer 5% off, so feel free to mention my name because I definitely plan to go back... (Tell them to make a list of all the people I refer because I'll be back ; ) Thanks!
