I HATE THE FACT THAT THEY ARE NEVER OPEN!!!!!!!!!! Even the hours they are suppose to be there they are closed. I have given up on this place! Poor management!!!! No one ever answers a phone, and no one is ever at the store. i don't know how they stay in business to pay the rent. i will never try to go here again. they lost a great customer.

I had taken in 3 boxes of sorted clothes, The owner said it shouldn't take long to go through. I went and had an early lunch with my 1 1/2 year old and came back. She said she hadn't had time to go through it yet. I responded that was okay and I'd just look around. She opened a couple a the boxes and just grabbed handfuls of the folded clothes at a time. I asked what their system was and she said they didn't have one. Then told me she'd just pass and sent me to once upon a child. She did not offer to help me carry the 3 large boxes in or out, and I wasn't about to leave my toddler in the car so I carried the boxes to my car after. I went to once upon a child down the street, and they helped me carry in the boxes and gave me a good price for the clothes they could accept. They also helped me carry my remaining things back to my car.

Now called Uther Mothers the owner is not accountable. I dropped off some clothing and was not given any kind of reciept. Having done business here before I trusted her... I explained I lived too far to be back within 48hrs and was assured it was no problem. I was not contacted when I left repeated phone calls of inquiry about my items. I was told she had already compensated me and she DID NOT!!! I dropped of some very nice clothing and still have not been compensated for lack of ability to catch the owner by phone or in store. NEVER TAKE YOUR ITEMS HERE.
