Great place to do all of your financial business with. Great loan rates and friendly customer service. Their app is a tad of a letdown, i.e no mobile deposit, but everything else is top notch. Great local bank that isn't trying to be a Bank of America!

I have been using Tinker Federal Credit Union for about 10 years and over the years I have seen a large number of miscellaneous fees that keep popping up. These are neither advertised or mentioned until you inquire about them. Courtesy fees for one. I recently purchased an item and later that day deposited money to ensure that I had enough to cover it using one of their night deposit ATMs. About a week later, I found out there was a Courtesy fee charged to my account. When I inquired about the fee, I was told that the money deposited into the night ATM are held for two business days before showing up on the account, which means that there was an over draft. This was not displayed anywhere on their ATM machines. If I knew that I would have just waited until the next day and walked in to the bank. I mentioned to the person working in member services and they told me that it should have been displayed. She stated that maybe I missed it. Saying that maybe I was blind. Poor customer service and I will no longer use them for any of my banking needs.
