Top Notch Customer Service. They Don't Try 2 Sell You Just Anything Or The Most Expensive Products. They Actually Listen 2 The Customers Needs & Wants & Advise Them Of The Best Options 4 Them. All The Guys Are Great & Mngr Is Just As Involved & An Awesome Guy. Will Always Be A Customer.

This is my go to shop in OKC. The people that work there are great. From the moment I walked in last April, they made me feel nothing short of family. They've been that way ever since. Today was a little disturbing though. One of the managers/owners maybe? Came into the store in a rage. He walked to one of the employees and chewed his ass royally in front of me. That disappointed me. As a worker in retail, specializing in customer service, I just felt that it could have been handled a different way. He should have been taken aside and talked to privately. Does this change my opinion of this business? No. Will it affect me going back? No. I just things should have been handled differently and more professionally. Everyone at this place is amazing and I understand handling things but I just think it should have been handled differently. You go Thunder Vapor! I will always shop there and support you. Just wish things would have been handled differently.

I switched from OKC Vapes to Thunder about 4 months ago. I was having issues with liquid burning out my atomizers. I love the quality of liquid at Thunder Vapor! I've had 0 problems since switching, plus they are very helpful in all aspects of the business. Since switching, I have almost completely quit smoking, and have brought about 4 of my friends to Thunder (all of them were having similar issues at OKC Vapes), and have bought a brand new vape from them. Out of the many vape shops in OKC, this is the only one you should go!!!!

Best in town. I have tried out several different Vape spots, but Thunder Vapor by far is the BEST. From the minute I walked in the doors, the atmosphere, the professional advise and the amazing products. So many different flavors to choose from. They have anything you can imaging. And their oils are very flavorful. Very happy and loyal customer.

I was referred to Thunder Vapor by a friend who knows I am trying to quit smoking. I got 3 flavors to test out, Fire and Ice, Midnight Rider, and Red Type Tobacco and for being a Marlboro Light smoker going on 10 years now I'd have to say the Fire and Ice is my favorite so far. I don't live in OK so I ordered online and everything came packaged up nicely, on-time, and complete with instructions for everything. I would recommend Thunder Vapor to anyone trying to quit smoking or looking for a wide selection to choose from, they really have every flavor imaginable. Thanks Thunder Vapor!
