Serendipity Prom

I've never even been to this store, but because of the kindness of the lady who answered the phone, I was able to locate the one specific dress that was left in any store in the US. She received no compensation whatsoever yet she took the time to provide me with the information necessary for my search to be successful. This store is worthy of your business!!!

Great local owned gem that offered me a military discount. I stopped in yesterday and found the most amazing dress for the military ball later this year. The girls working were wonderful and gave me great advice on what to choose once we narrowed it down, they actually said the cheaper so I knew they were giving honest opinions. ;)

Went to Serendipity for the first time today to get pageant gowns for my daughters. We are so happy with the selection and help from the staff, the manager Angela was beyond helpful. We drove up from Texas and I know we will be back for all our prom and pageant dresses in the future.

I've been shopping at Serendipity prom for years and feel like I owe it to this company and the girls that work there to tell everyone about my experience. Absolutely love this place! I have so many vents to attend every year, and have always been able to find something perfect. I have never encountered anyone who isn't happy and ready to help. Thank you Serendipity :)

I love this store! From the manager to the employees they have always taken such wonderful care of my daughters. Finding twin girls their dream dresses is hardly a easy job but we did it at Serendipity. Even got a discount on jewelry and shoes. Amazing deal considering I have to buy two of everything.

I just want to share my shopping story from Serendipity. I was visiting my aunt in Edmond and she had been telling me about this store some of her coworkers told her about and because we have no prom stores near where I live we decided to go. I just shopped the store last week (Nov 1) and it was amazing. We were greeted by the sweetest girls and I told them what I was searching for and the let us look around and pick gowns and also suggested some of the new Sherri Hill gowns they had got that week, I was shocked the 2015 styles were already in store. I tried on about 50 dresses and found my dream gown for next years prom. I think they had about 5000 dresses it was prom heaven. The store had discounts on jewelry and shoes so I got those to match, they had so many to choose from. I had amazing service from the minute I walked in the door and just want to let everyone know this is THE place to go and don't even bother looking anywhere else.

Great selection but had trouble after having JUST strapes added to the dress, it wouldn't even zip after buying it 2 weeks before, I mean wouldn't even come close and of course there are no exchanges, the dress was NEW but after picking it back up after 2 weeks of needing it to add the strapes the sherry hill tag was removed...ODD, also they ask you to tag their name from your pics and never posted like they said...the dress we bought was not cheap and this kind of service should not even be questioned. Just all & all weird situation that did not turn out well for us.

We were at Serendipity around 1 in the afternoon. It appeared there were 2 ladies working, one assisting the other customer in the store (another mom and daughter prom dress shopping) no idea what the other girl was actually doing. We were in the store for almost 30 minutes looking at the beautiful dresses. Not one hello, hi, can I help you, NOTHING! My 10 year old daughter felt the uncomfortable atmosphere and asked if we were not suppose to be in there. I approached one employee to ask about some dresses and as I walked toward her, she turned and walked away....needless to say we left. Horrible experience for us.

I have bought a few dresses at Serendipity and will never shop anywhere else for formal gowns. This is probably the biggest store like it that I know of. They had so many dresses to choose from and the girls working there were very helpful to us. I would give this place 5 stars.
