I see now why the owner proudly drives a new corvette and gives her managers new cars...she's a thief!

The reviews are true. If you don't want to be stolen from, don't pay with a card and don't sign anything! I paid $100 to cancel my membership, and 2 months later my card was charged $55. I called and they said they'd refund it, but when I looked later that night, ANOTHER $55 came out! When asked what they were going to do about the 2 $60 overdraft charges, of course I have to jump through hoops to get my own money back, and they act put off like it's my fault they charged me. Luckily this account is separate from my main bank account, but I couldn't imagine other people getting charged $200 and going negative because of other people's dishonesty and carelessness.

Yes, they're going to refund my money...in 7-10 business days. But it's the principal of it - what if I was a single mom and had bills due? Well I couldn't pay my bills because someone took money UNAUTHORIZED! That is stealing, and ILLEGAL. Riviera - you see these reviews about the same thing, you need to remedy the situation, or you will find yourself in legal trouble!

It doesn't deserve the one star! The use my credit card and have me in as my first and middle name! After realizing this they could not fix it. (So they say)! On Sunday before Thanksgiving they charged me over $100. On Wednesday three days later they charged over $100 dollars more. This is after I had already cancelled the service two months before! I called and asked why I was still being charged. They said it had never been cancelled. They said I had to send a letter in to cancel the service. When I had went in two months before and cancelled the never mentioned that I had to send in a letter. So I was under the assumption that it had been cancelled. Apparently not. If you like your money and don't want to be stollen from, do not sign up with this company! They are just a bunch of crooks and don't give you the option to cancel your agreement with them even after you have fulfilled your six month contract.

I was in there trying to only tan once to try their place out and the girl was very rude! I could believe how I was treated so I left with out tanning. I tried to call cust care but the phone just kept ringing... I don't suggest anyone go to this location!!!
