Had a good experience at Regal in OKC. They didn't have exact car that I wanted but close enough. Decent payments but great staff. They seemed to want to work with me and really helped me out of a bind. Thanks Regal Car Sales!

I purchased a 2004 Ford Mustang in March of 2011 with a 12 month warranty. On 11/29/11 the alternator was replaced under Regal Auto Sales 12 month warranty, but was not made aware that they replaced the alternator with a used alternator. Yesterday 08/22/12, the alternator went out again. I called and spike with Jose at Regal Auto Sales, he stated that the alternator was bought at Autozone and only had a 6 month warranty and I was no longer covered under Regal Auto Sales 12 month warranty. I called Autozone and was told that all their alternators are sold with a lifetime warranty. I then called Jose back to ask why I was told the warranty was only 6 months, he then told me that the alternator was bought from a different company called C I T and gave me an invoice # 85119 but would not give me any more information about the company. I googled C I T but came up with no results. I then had my ex father in law call to speak with Jose. Jose informed him that the alternator was a used part and this is why it had a limited warranty. When asked why they are replacing parts with used parts he just replied " well you no longer have a warranty with us ". So my ex father in law asked if he could get the number to C I T so he could get the same discount or deal Regal Auto Sales had received and Jose would not give him any information about the company. End result is that less then 8 months after Regal Auto Sales fixed my car, I had to pay $204.99 + tax for a new alternator with a $35.00 core charge, and the cost of labor.
