Pro Carpet Care By Robert

I'm only giving one star bc I have to. He isn't professional and he stole $300 worth of drapes from my home which I'm now having to take legal action to resolve the issue! He told me he would be back at noon the next day to finish up work on the carpet and he never showed up. I will admit that I shouldn't have paid him the full amount since he didn't complete the job, but he acted like a nice person so I tried to judge him and let my guard down. He took advantage of me because I'm young girl! I can't afford to replace those drapes and thanks to this theif I will now have to pay a real professional to come and clean my carpet. Don't trust this THEIF because he will rob you!

ROBERT DID MY CARPET 10/19/15 TODAY AND HE DID A GREAT JOB >> MY CARPET HADN'T BEEN CLEANED IN A YEAR AND A HALF AND IT WAS DIRTY BUT HE GOT IT ALL OUT :) I HAVE 2 CHIHUAHUA'S THAT MISS THE PAD AND HE USED AN ENZYME TO REMOVE THE ODOR AND I WILL USE HIM AGAIN AND I RECOMMEND EVERYONE GIVE HIM THE CHANCE TO SHOW YOU HOW GOOD OF A JOB HE DOES :) THANK YOU ROBERT I REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR WORK :)



UPDATE: I CALLED ROBERT TO COME BACK AND REDO MY BEDROOM CARPET BECAUSE I LAID DOWN 6 WHITE TOWELS TO PREVENT WALKING ON THE WET CARPET ... IT TOOK 4 DAYS FOR THE CARPET TO DRY AND ALL OF MY TOWELS TURNED BROWN WITH THE DIRT STILL LEFT IN THE CARPET .. IT WAS SO WET IT TOOK 4 DAYS TO DRY. ROBERT SAID HE WOULD COME BACK IN THE MORNING BUT NEVER DID AND HE DIDN'T ANSWER HIS PHONE OR TEXT ... FINALLY I GOT A HOLD OF HIM AND HE SAID THINGS CAME UP HE WOULD COME LATER ON BUT ONCE AGAIN HE NEVER SHOWED UP OR CALLED ... THE NEXT DAY I TEXT HIM AND HE SAID HE WOULD COME TO DO IT BUT NEVER DID ... I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES AND WHEN I FINALLY GOT HIM HE SAID HE ONCE AGAIN HAD THINGS COME UP AND HE WOULD COME THE NEXT DAY AROUND LUNCH >> AND YES YOU GUESSED IT HE NEVER SHOWED UP OR CALLED OR TEXT .. HE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TO SAY THE LEAST AND ONCE HE'S BEEN PAID THE FIRST TIME FEELS NO OBLIGATION OR URGENCY TO RETURN TO REDO AND IS NOT A MAN OF HIS WORD M>> I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE AT THIS POINT WITH REGARDS TO THE TREATMENT I RECEIVED FROM HIM >> MY CARPET SHOULDN'T HAVE TAKEN 4 DAYS TO DRY NOR SHOULD MY TOWELS HAVE TURNED BROWN FROM THE DIRT LEFT BEHIND >> I'M POSTING THIS TO HOPEFULLY LET HIM SEE THAT THIS IS UNEXCEPTABLE AND MAYBE HE WON'T DO THIS TO ANYONE ELSE :(

Robert does a great job! He's reliable, reasonable, flexible and super friendly! We have a puppy and had some spots we wanted some extra care to, he recommended a special enzyme and we're completely satisfied with the results. I recommend his services to everyone!

Punctual, professional and reasonably priced. I've used other carpet cleaning companies in the past but Robert went above and beyond and the results are amazing. He was also very informative and respectful. I'm so happy with the results and service - I will definitely use him from now on!

I have an rv with light colored carpet got out all stains and smells really fresh.... Came out as soon as I called even late in the day and didn't take all day long explained everything he was doing and was very reasonably priced

MY HUSBAND IS GOING TO HAV SURGERY AND I WANTED MY CARPET AND COUCH CLEAN AND ROBERT DONE AN AMAZING JOB ON BOTH I AM SO AMAZED AT HOW WELL IT CAME CLEAN.....THANK YOU SO MUCH ROBERT...AND HE IS MY SON IN LAW BUT HE DOES AMAZING WORK....

MAN THIS GUY IS GOOD ..I CALLED HIM OUT ON A EMERGENCY..MY DAUGHTER SPILLED WAX ON MY NEW CARPET .....!!!!!!!

AND WITHOUT CUTTING INTO MY CARPET ROBERT DID WHAT HE CALLED "HEAT EXTRACTION"... THE RED WAX WAS GONE ... I COULD NOT BELEIVE MY EYES....

ROBERT WAS VERY THUROUGH ON WHAT HE WAS DOING . AND MADE ME UNDERSTAND EVERYTHING. FROM WHY I COULDNT GET OUT MARKER STAINS WITH JUST OVER THE COUNTER PRODUCTS WHY THEY DONT WORK .AND WHAT TO DO THE NEXT TIME MY KIDS DECIDE TO PLAY WITH MARKERS.AND HE GOT MY COFFE STAINS OUT WITH NO PROBLEM.AND MY HOUSE SMELLED GREAT WHEN HE LEFT ..THIS GUY IS ONE OF THE BEST I HAVE USED .. PLEASE BELIEVE I HAVE USED A FEW IN MY YEARS OF RAISING MY CHILDREN..

FOR THE PRICE YOU DEFINATLY CANT GO WRONG WITH THESE GUYS......

Robert showed up on time and completed all my rooms in a timely manner. He left every room looking and smelling like I had new carpet installed. He did a great job and I will send all my friends to him.
