The band on my great-grandmother’s 1920’s wedding ring was smashed. Glen did an AMAZING job fixing and resizing the ring to fit my finger. The fix is seamless and the ring turned out beautiful. He was so caring and respectful of this family treasure. I appreciate his knowledge and expertise. I will be a repeat customer.

My engagement ring was getting really loose, and my warranty thru zales had expired since I didn't get my ring cleaned within the first 6 months. I checked for same day jewelry repair and stumbled across this place I went in and the owner was very friendly and knowledgable. He quoted me a very reasonable price and had my ring sized perfectly and cleaned looking brand new within half an hour he already called and told me my ring was ready for Pick up! Very professional, fast and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend going there.

This guy is the most amazing jelewer ever he will have your jelewery ready within an hour or less!! The guy is the real deal!!

I brought my ring into this store today at 12:20 to be sized and the owner Glen had it done by 1:20! Ring was in prefect condition! Ladies take your Jewlery to this place, personable service and they do a wonderul job! My ring was brand new and very expensive and I didn't want to wait another week for it to be sized! This place is just great and very trustworthy ����

I am so grateful for the incredible work that the owner of Penn Jewelers did on my wedding ring today. After an unfortunate experience with another major-name jeweler, I was afraid to leave my ring with anyone when it needed repairs. I don't know what made me stop in Penn Jewelers today--but I am so glad I did! The owner was patient, kind, and respectful as he listened to the ring's history, and he completely understood what had gone wrong. This was not an easy job--and he was brave to give it a try. He masterfully fixed what had been broken, and he did it in under two hours! I was stunned when he called to tell me it was ready. My ring, which is over 27 years old, has never looked better. I have never written a review for any business, but the excellent service I received today prompted me to open an account with yp just to write this review. i walked in the store with a broken pair of earings. i left them with the owner and an hour later i called and they were ready. i picked them up and they were perfect. the price was reasonable. i would definately recommend him for fast service and reasonable price.

The jeweler at this store is absolutely fantastic. His custom work is out of this world. Anything you can dream up, he can probably make it happen. Nice selection and pricing, I highly recommend them.
