Because the firm at which I work is located in Philadelphia, I needed to search online for a reputable process server in Oklahoma City to serve trial subpoenas on short notice. During my internet search, I stumbled upon Oklahoma Judicial Process Servers (OJPS), and thank goodness I did so. John is very responsive, quick and efficient. I especially liked that he was responsive to my texts, as texting for me is the least intrusive mode of communication when I'm at work. The trial subpoenas were served well within the time frame guaranteed on their website, and the Affidavits of Service of Process were returned just as we had instructed, the original to local counsel in Oklahoma and a copy to us. We also fowarded checks made payable to OJPS and both witnesses, and everything went on without a hitch. It can be totally nerve-racking to send out checks in advance of the services rendered to a company you never heard of in a city far far away.
