This is the best place to chill and get into any Rc hobbie because of there vast selection and ability to get anything and fix or assist in helping new comers. It's not just a place to buy products but a life style and the owners obviously know that. And the new location allows for much more time to be spent having fun with the products they sell. its the only type of hobbie shop in the state. Air, ground and water, with tracks to boot!

Oklahoma Hobbies has a great stock of what you need for modeling, from planes, cars, trucks, helicopters, boats, plus a huge select of parts. If you need anything they don't have, they are always willing to order it for you. From the wannabe modeler to the experienced modeler, Oklahoma Hobbies can help. In my opinion, by far the best hobby shop in Oklahoma.

I Try to purchase locally.
If I have to warranty through manufacturer I might as well purchase directly from the manufacturer.

If your doing Internet, you figure warranty is through the mail.

I habe frequented this shop many times. There service is exceptional. Whatever they have i have access too and if they do not have it they can aquire it for me. Thanks matt jerry and ducky.

Thank you Matt, Duckie and Jerry! I'm so glad that I gave Oklahoma Hobbies and R/C another shot, they recovered from the One bad apple spoils the bunch scenario. A while back I had run-in with one of they guys there who always had a condescending attitude and was just an overall disappointment to try and learn from. Well, time heals and he's no longer there. Instead what I found was a great group of guys willing to share their knowledge and insight with me without the charge of humiliation because I didn't quite get what the were talking about. I've been back several times now and it just gets better. I've learned more about heli's in the past two weeks than I have in the past two years. Thank you so much guys for putting the fun back into it.

Best hobby shop around!! The service is awesome .. Need a part the will find and order it for ya if they don't already have it.. I have a losi LST that was in need of a major overhaul .. I bought it from them about 10 years ago and I love those truck .. So I overhauled it .. I ordered basically an entirely new drive train from them new engine transmission entire clutch system and too many parts to list and they got them all in ... In a reasonable amount of time since my truck is obsolete .. I have brought a lot of things on it up to date and I really thank okc hobbies and Rc for all the suggestions they made to get this beast back out on the track where it belongs !! Thank you again Oklahoma hobbies and Rc . I am a customer for life.. George aka CRASH!!

its a small shop usually with 2-3 guys working and sometimes they are kind of swamped but have always taken the time once they could get to me to help answer questions and help everyway possible....i've bought seven helicopters and have had alot of repairs, they have always done great work and gone above and beyond to help me get going again, sometimes they can fix things on the spot and just swap a part or something and not even charge you but sometimes you have to leave something and it might take awhile to get the repair done but repair prices have always seemed very reasonable, their is a good selection of parts and prices are good, they aren't perfect but they have helped me alot and gone out of their way to keep me going there, good guys, would reccomend them, thx

I have used Oklahoma Hobbies & RC for as long as I have been Flying Helicopters. From My very First one, up to the ones I now have, Jerry and Matt have gone beyond normal to help find the oddball/obsolete parts that one of my Helis needed to just plain old setup help, they have been there. I have seen the guys spend an unbelievable amount of time on the phone with customers explaining troubleshooting tips and or parts research. I will continue to give them my buisness.

These guys are amazing. I am new to RC's and wasn't sure what to expect getting into a new hobby. They explained what I would need to get started and were so helpful. I went in about two weeks later to drop off my quad (I had crashed) and after giving it a quick glance, one of the guys said it would be an easy fix. Five minutes later I was ready to go. When I offered to pay he just waved it off and said "it's on the house". Great guys who know their stuff. Highly recommend.

This place has a good selection of parts for any rc hobbiest. As for the the service I recieved was good but nothing more.

The people they have working are the worst. I asked how they were doing and not a word from 3 people standing around. After getting what I came for which they did not bother to ask if I needed assistance....I told them to have a good day and again nothing. A***holes might actually do better business if they would at least attempt to act like they run a business. I will never shop here again and I will make sure all my family and friends on social media no about it.

dont go to this shop the people there are rude. i will be looking for a diff hobby shop to go to..

this is the worst hobbie shop in oklahoma it dosent even deserve 1 star customer service sucks the people are rude and the dont know what they are talking about, there prices suck, they gave me the wrong parts and refused to fix the problem, and the last time i went there they said they would order a part and it would be there friday and i came back to check on the part and the guy said they have no records of them ordering the part! i wouldn't recommend this hobbie shop to anyone, i would recommend competition rc in moore or hobby town usa in norman

One Star at best! the five star rating(s) have to be the owner or someone they paid to write them. This was the 4th time & last time I’ll ever walk into that store. I have never had a good experience at this store while spending (or trying to spend) my hard earned money. Like today I went there looking to buy a Radio, Motor ESC combo, & parts (total would have been around $600) after standing at the counter for 10 or so minutes watching the two guys setting at their little table trying their hardest not to notice me I walked out. I really don’t like buying online and would rather spend my money locally but only with those that want my business. If you don’t mind being treated like a second class citizen then be my guest.

I bought an RC Nitro Evader S/T car off ebay and whoah! I took it into the shop because a lot was messed up on the vehicle. The guy was really nice and even instantly stopped his current conversation to help me out. He showed me how to check for bad servos and my throttle servo was bad. He said I could swap my FUTABA servo from airplane to the car when I had asked him if I could. He also instructed to clean the whole engine up inside and out with denatured alcohol and to replace the glow plug. Car almost runs good, now all I gotta do is replace a leaking gas tank. Leaks when pressurized. Went up there to tell them I finally got all the kinks out and just need to order a replacement tank. They ordered monday and said I could pickup Wednesday. I LOVE THIS PLACE FOR RC CARS!!! GREAT SERVICE!!! they even throw in cheap parts for free sometimes just to help you out. ABSOLUTE FAN!!!

prices are fine, but the people are rude and don't seem to care about support after the sale, even if it's within a month of purchase. Once it's bought, it's your problem, and if you need help, they will condescendingly tell you to read the manual and treat you as if you were an idiot. Keep that in mind, because if there's no support after the sale, then you might as well go there to look, but buy online. I hate to say it, as I always prefer to buy local even if the cost is higher, so long as there is support after the sale. But if not, then they are no good to me. Wish it was different, I really wanted to buy a few cars and helicopters there.
