Efficient, courteous and professional. Understand several changes in near future which I will have to address,i.e. changing business program, relocating, etc.

My 1st appointment last month went fine. Did not meet with Dr. Ellis but 1 of his assistants a nice, soft speaking woman. I told her I did not want pain pills but muscle relaxers for my muscle spasms. I have had several bad experiences with pain management in the past and pain pills do not agree with me, as I have bad reactions with most of them. Today went in and seen a different assistant and was treated like a criminal. I was told I was non compliant because I had forgotten to get some x-rays. Excuse me, mom has had 4 strokes this past month and I have been extremely ill myself. How dare he sit there in judgement of me! He does not know anything about me. So I forgot to get some lousy x-rays! Not like I was ODing on pain pills! Get a clue! So I don't take the time to do what I need to do for me. I have others that do depend on me. I refuse to allow another human being to sit in judgement of me or how I do things. Don't think I'm going to allow someone to be condescending either. He belongs in the same category as Jenkins. No one has the right to talk to me in that manner!

I am a new patient and was greeted nicely and treated very respectfully. These other posts that say they're horrible and the chairs are old and cracked as well as it smelling....whoever wrote that is completely wrong!!! I am a patient and not an employee who has anything to gain by posting this besides saying the truth so that other patients do get the true experience I've had.

good as long as you don't get hospitalized. I was given pain meds by another dr. while hospitalized and Dr. Ellis dropped me as a patient. I called and told him I was in the hospital, made an appointment as soon as I got out of the hospital and was treated as if I did something wrong, was turned away with no meds and no way to get any.
