Beware of this office! The staff is rude and unknowledgeable. They have little knowledge of insurance information, and can't answer simple questions when it comes to your apppointment. Dr. Motes beside manners need a lot of improvement. Her office runs like a factory where a person feels like a number instead of a customer. I have been going there for 5+ years, hoping every year would improve my experience, but it hasn't. Also not very friendly with kids. When I make an appointment for my children they dread going to this Doctor. Looks like is time to find a new Doctor.
