Merle's Frame & Wheel

Worst tire shop ever. You call to get information they need to have someone call you back. I bought a set of 4 tires a few years ago and one is splitting in half. I called to see if I could get it replaced have yet to get a call back. I'm not surprised because this was my same exact experience when I got my tires. I called to see if they had my size never got a call back. Finally came in one day and got new tires after a almost 5 hour long wait I finally ask again if my car was done I was told it's been ready for hours now. Worst service ever I would avoid this place.

i ordered a set of wheels and tires months ago thinking that i would be able to put them on my car sometime in the summer. i am still waiting. the guys at Merle's are helpful and through no fault of their own, the delay will cause me to put the wheels on next year. the establishment is well taken care of and the information the employees have is valuable. but business is business and i would have recommended Merle's to anyone but the wait is killing me
