I have great service every time, been a loyal customer for 3 years.

I do NOT recommend this salon. I booked my wedding party there due to the discounted rate they offered me and my girls and became upset when they over charged us for their sevices. Also, two of my bridesmaids left their shop with injuries after nail techs burnt their skin with nail equipment. This was supposed to be a special moment for me instead we left in disappointment. I will never return and urge you to consider a different nail salon!

This place is the worst nail salon in the OKC area..first they are rude, second they don't like Americans. I had the owner tell me she does not like doing American women nails, I asked her why she was in the business, she said because of money. They rush when doing your nails, and when they are finish you nails don't look like they were professionally done, I could of done better myself. Nothing like throwing away $60 plus tip. I'll never go back again..

Not thrilled with them at all. Went on the recommendation of a friend from church because I wanted my nails done for my daughter's wedding. Even though I had an appointment, I was "worked in" between my techs regulars. She did a very fast, sloppy job, hurting me at the same time. My nails are slightly crooked, separating from my real nails, and there are bumps of acrylic on the bottoms of my nails. I can't wait to get them off.

Terrible. First, there are tons of bubbles in my nails. Little tiny bubbles and BIG bubbles. Some of my nails are slightly crooked. Second, before I even left the place I noticed a lot of dirt between my real nail and the acrylic, and I asked her about it and she just resonded that it was dirty and that I needed to get a "stick" when I get home and clean it out. I asked, "Then what do I do to prevent dirt from getting back in there?" She told me to get nail glue and glue it together. Oh, and when I got up to wash my nails and came back, there was a person now sitting in my chair. The nail tech told me that I lost my place and that she was going to have to paint my nails standing up!!! So there I stood while she painted them. After it was all done, I waited at least 10 minutes standing there waiting for someone to come ring me up. It was horrible.

I've gone to the owner of this shop for a couple years. At first she was great. Then she began being very rough when she did maintenance on my nail tips. She even burned my fingernail a couple of times by pressing down too hard with the electric file-with no apologies to me. She's not friendly and doesn't smile, etc. I have finally decided to start going somewhere else as I'm concerned about abrasions to my nails or skin and possible infections.
