Long John Silver's | A&W

All the staff my family has come into contact is either incompetent, rude or just does not give a flip. Store is poorly run, condiments run out and are not replaced. When asked for, patron is ignored. I have been shorted food many times and when I have called to complain, I am told I am out of luck and tough. There is no number or email to contact the headquarters, only the number for the store I was mistreated at. You think they're going to help me? The was who were rude to me and then ignored me? Really? This was my last visit!

This is the first time i have ever been in a long john slivers and might be the last...



My ticket number was 3561 The service was horriable i am very big on Service i myself work in drive thur and understand you get busy. I walked in stand at counter waiting to be greeted or even said anything to even a Hello be right with you. instead nothing is said as i stand there finally Marshae H (as print on my ticket) takes my money I walked off to find some sauce for my dinner, There is no to go containers cashier was giving money back to someone i ask do you have any containers for the sauce? she doesnt say a word Doesnt look at me acts if i were just talking to a wall. then she looks at me with a attitude and says What? Even the Lady getting her money back looked at me and made a face like are you serious and joked and said dont say anything to her while she is making your food from the look on my face i felt like cussing this lady out but i did not that is not the way to handle anything. I am very sorry but the service is horriable There is alot of places where i refuse to spend any of my money to get decent or amazing food when i get bad service if that were me i would be fired in a heart beat. I will call monday morning to speak with a manager and if i do decide to ever come back and re try the service and it is anywhere as horriable with rudeness i will never be back in any of long john slivers store.



As i was waitong for my food an older lady was standing there waiting for some service. A man with dirty blonde hair and glasses wearing a green shirt doesnt speak she was standing there for quite some time he couldnt serve her but instead he can grab some sauce and go to the dinning room to eat?.. Again rude service I just want to let you know how bad the service is i am not tyring to get anyone fired just i hope this opens someone eyes to show what people are spending our hard earned money and paying everyones check without us there would be no such thing of long john slivers . please consider everything i have typed above and change it so i can still come in and enjoy a nice meal with my family.
