London Square Village Apartments

London has grown over the years. Having the police officers here as security has really turned the property around. I have lived on property for 5 years and the staff changes a lot but as of recently I've noticed the ladies in the office really care and I finally feel like me and my kids are safe.

If i could give no stars i would. We lived here for 7 months and its been horrible. First our house gets shot up. Then the car out front a couple weeks later. I ask for a transfer to another apartment complex and im told i need a good reason to move. Ah hello my house was shot up and im scared for my family's lives! After i ask for a transfer the next day im given a 48 hour notice to move. She tried to say we had gang activities around my home. We have NEVER, NEVER had anything to do with gangs! On top of that. The office almost never answers the phone and they are always out of the office or put a sign up and hide from everyone. Matter of fact we had to fix our own bullet holes two months later. Theres always trash everywhere. and they say they will do expectations, but I've been here 7 months and never got one. This is not a safe play and if you have children i would advise a shelter before this place. Bottom line they don't know how to run this place and its showing everywhere.

The first month I moved in my moms car got broke into, you can't ever get rid of roaches...... they spray but NEVER go away!! There is always drama going on a shooting, a robbery, a fight, peoplea places getting broke in.On the real I stayed here a year an bounced asap! No were to keep your kids. Getting anything done around your apartment is like wishing you was a million- air. Ha ha living here is an absolute JOKE!! HIGH crime High theft and always something going on..

It's horrible. your house and cars get broken into whlie security on duty. Someone is always shooting over here while kids outside.Theres sticker bugs everywhere, sometime in the washers and dryers. The office staff is horrible, they don't do anything about the problems, they don't care at all. we've been through 5 managers within 3 years. everyone who work here is just in it for a pay check. DO NOT MOVE HERE. oh yeah you have to put in yoyr 30 days notice in order for them to give out your "Landlord Reference". So if you want to move from here , they'll give you a hard time about it. Security stop you going in and out the apartments, if your driving please don't just have a ID or Learners Permit beacuse they will make you leave or make you leave your car by they and tell you they will have it towed unless you can bring someone with Driver's License to come and get it
