I would like to thank Sean, Reggie and others for expediting the repairs on our 5th wheel. So far - so good and we came through wind and rain on our way home to Arizona.

We had thought since we took our RV in without an appointment that it would be nearly a month before they could begin to address our concerns. But we were very pleasantly surprised when only after a few weeks we received a call that they had begun work on the RV. We were also very impressed that we received phone calls frequently from the staff letting us know the progress of the work. The staff is very courteous and friendly.

The staff at Lewis RV made the buying experience very easy. We were able to make our decision with out having any pressure from the sales staff.

Thank you all so much for the wonderful service provided when we purchased our 2009 Fuzion 322. Everyone was great! From the time we came in the door to pulling out of the lot with our ""home on wheels""! A special thanks to Artie for being so kind, courteous, and professional.

Love the service dept. they really helped me out with a time issue, and they keep me updated on what they were doing to get my 5th wheel repaired. Thanks Bruce, Shawn and the whole service dept.

I don't see how it could be any better. Everyone is so friendly and are glad to see me. Bruce in service communicates extremely well. He truly has my best interest at heart. After spending $400 for camper tie downs they can't cut 2 bolts 3 inches for me. I was told to leave tie downs with them. I cut them off myself. Took 5 minutes after driving home with no rear tie downs. No customer considerate.

I purchased my first RV from Lewis RV in June 2010 and have been very, very pleased with the sales experience, service, and support.

The first thing that grabbed my attention was the entry door to the business. They close on Sundays so their employees can attend the church of their choice. I am a Christian and I found Lewis RV to be a business that practices Christian principles, which is important to me.

The second thing that I truly enjoyed was a "no hassle" price list. I do not like to haggle or have a slick, high-pressure sales person try to intimidate me into buying something I don't need or want. Ron Smith and Preston Moorad are both great salemen that are there to show you what is available and make recommendations based on their experience, but they won't pressure you. Ron Smith has retired, but Preston is there to assist you in any way possible.

When my wife and I went to the office for the "closing" I thought "well, here it comes." This is going to be like some of the automobiles I have purchased. Even when the sales representative is nice and low pressure, the "closer" is the one that tries to cram a lot of extra costs down your throat. Not so in this case. The owner looked at what the availability was on our model and told us when to expect delivery from the factory. A travel insurance plan was explained to us, but no pressure was put on us to accept it.

When our unit arrived, Bruce, the shop foreman, went through all the systems and explained how to use them. They allow a full hour to cover everything and you can ask and re-ask as many questions as you like. They are there to insure that you have a great purchasing experience. Not only that, they request that you call them while you are on the road if you have any questions.

We carried the unit back in October for a few minor repairs and I was very pleased with the service and the cost.

If I am able to upgrade in the future, I know where my first stop will be. It has been a pleasure dealing with Lewis RV and that is something you can not say about every buying experience. I wish they sold cars & trucks!

I have owned several units in my life time and have bought from several dealers. I can tell you without hesitation this is the best dealer so far. The whole process from the time I walked in to the door was fantastic. There where no hassals at all. I told them what I was looking for and the took me right to it. I asked for the best price and they gave it to me (it was the best price I had been shopping on the internet and they beat the lowest quote that I had found). Sam the service tech that takes you though the unit a delivery was great. There was not one thing that he skipped over and if he went over something and he tought that we did not understand it he went over it again. There was no rush he spend as much time with us that we need.



I would highly recomend this dealership even if you are not from OKC.
