Just Kids Pediatric

At one visit they took my I'd to copy and didn't give it back. I was distracted by my very sick daughter, when I called later they said that they didn't have it. Two weeks later I called again and it finally occurred to someone to look for it and they did have it. They only schedule double appointments for 11 am. I feel punished for happening to have twins. It was raining so I was running late as we hit a train and I was carrying two babies alone in the cold and rain. The receptionist was extremely rude and refused to have us seen that day. When I called to reschedule the woman I talked to was also rude. I am looking for a new doctor as I am very unhappy with the way i have been treated, and how they make it very hard if you dared tob have more than one child. This isb the worst experience I have ever with a doctors office. It should be 0 stars but that isn't an option.

DR Pope is a great dr always takes adequate time with you and make sure you fully understand what's going on. The office staff is not so friendly however...for instance I called to schedule an appointment the lady on the other end of the line had attitude and seemed like she didn't want to help and ended up choosing a time I had a hard time meeting because the weather was bad and I had to pick up my son from daycare. I ended up missing the appointment even though I tried very hard to get him there. Then I call to make him another appointment and they tell me my son is dismissed from the office...when my son has a chronic medical condition and it is so hard to find a pediatrician you actually trust.If they truly cared about their patients they would not let this happen especially to people who have been seeing them for nearly 2 years..

I have taken my son to several doctors, both at family offices and pediatric offices over the course of the last few years. I have been looking for someone who could figure out what his awful chronic cough is and how to treat it. We finally found answers when Dr. Palm began treating him. But of course, I also wanted a pediatrician who loves kids, who is patient, and who is understanding.



Just Kids Pediatrics is full of women who care; doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, medical assistants, and front desk personnel that are not only knowledgeable, but they are themselves mommies who understand what it's like to be on both sides of the fence. I have always been treated with respect, my concerns have always been addressed as legitimate, and most importantly everyone there makes my son feel safe and comfortable.



If you are looking for a pediatrician for your child in the OKC metro area I highly recommend Just Kids Pediatrics!



Also, they now have an Urgent Care, so your child can be seen by the same doctor they know (and you trust) even if something happens after hours!

I called to schedule an appointment for my son because he wasn't feeling well and they seen us that day. The waiting took a bit, but it's okay because the staff was amazing. The front desk was great. The nurse/assistant that brought us back was sweet and kind, super nice. Dr. Sarah Palm was the best doctor my son has ever seen and he's 7 years old. He came in with a fever and she treated him great, like a mature child. And talk to him within his level and focus on the problem. She made him matter. She spend a good amount of time with us. I really enjoyed her looking over him. And I appreciate the staff for being so kind and having us in that day. Trust me. We will be coming back.
