Dr. Knowlton is a gem.

It's very rare that I've had the opportunity to get a private consult over the phone and in person with a board certified doctor. The only bonus to that is that she's a woman and is t just trying to pump your face full of stuff to make more money. Dr. Knowlton actually cares. I went in a couple of weeks ago and wanted a full syringe of juvederm and a ton of Botox.

She sat down with me and told me I didn't need nearly as much as I had requested.

She did a wonderful job and saved me alot of coin.

So glad I found her.

I've been getting Botox done for nearly 10 years now and this is by far the best Work I've recieved. Dr. Knowlton was very professional but worked with me on a personal level. I tried to give a rating of zero but unfortunately that was not an option. This company does not deserve a star at all... wish there was a big frowny face and a thumbs down! I called Natasha Knowlton several weeks in advance to book Botox party. She told me the prices and asked if I would like to have it in the office or in a home, I told her I would let her know. We were in contact several times, each time she was more and more rude. When I told her the place we would be having the party, she informed me there would now be a $150 fee added for the drive. This fee was never mentioned before, so when I asked about that she proceeded to tell me in a nutshell that she is a full time physician and didnt need to waste her time with this. After I agreed to the fee, and confirmed the date again, I told her I thought there would be 6 people getting Botox, but I would let her know by the end of the day for sure. I text 15 min. later, got no response so I called and got no answer. I assumed we were good to go, since our last conversation confirmed everything else. After inviting about 15 people and organizing an entire spa day at my aunts house, including food and beverages, I text to give her the address the morning of event, and she get a horrible attitude claiming I never confirmed and that she would not do it. I call to speak with her directly, and I would have thought I was talking to a 19yr. old uneducated party girl, as she kept raising her voice and saying she was going to hang up on me. She proceeded to say I was the most difficult person she had dealt with, when in fact I had done everything she had asked for in a timely manner, and was more than professional and polite to her. It was the most absurd thing I have ever experienced! I honestly think she may have been under the influence or on medication during our previous conversations, because there is no explanation for how things played out. I will be filing a complaint with the board, as I am absolutely disgusted that someone who could call themself a physician would behave in such a manner. So glad I did not end up utilizing her services, who knows what could have happened! CRAZY DOCTOR ...... BEWARE! Blessing in disguise :)
