Ideal Image Laser Hair Removal

I have been a client with Ideal Image for some time now. I have seen staff turnover but all in all, I think it was for the best. I love my results and am thrilled to see the same faces each time now. I actually added more areas with the current consultant Jaymie, she was very friendly and made me laugh and feel at ease, she took the time to re-explain everything to me without talking down to me. I missed a lot with whoever was there before. I also really like that she introduced me to the Nurse that I ask for every time now, Casey. She makes me feel comfortable with my "Sensitive areas". :-) I feel that with these two, it was explained well and they are both very friendly. although it is a lengthy process, I have not had any problems. It is a different treatment than what I had in the past (somewhere else) that did NOT work! I see negative comments but I believe in general happy guests are not the ones that stop to think about posting online reviews. I think the changes that have taken place are worth the time to make a post.

I went on a consultation there and had a horrible experience. The lady that was helping me was very knowledgeable, however, she made me feel terrible. She insisted that I needed to have treatments on my upper lip when I was consulting for my underarms. She also talked bad about other spas, which I thought was very unprofessional. They are extremely pushy! Felt like I was at the car lot. Then to top it all off, the cost was much more than the other places I checked into. Ended up using The Medical Spa. Would not recommend Ideal Image.
