5 star service every time I we walk in the door. Sales reps are very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. I always do my homework and compare prices before purchase, and Hahns has had the lowesr out the door prices every time. This was our 3rd major purchase from Hahns, and will be back again when the need arises.

Our Sharp microwave drawer cratered on Thursday. It was determined it could nor be fixed. I went to Hahn’s website and saw they had one. Started the Chat and less than 10 minutes the transaction was complete. Picked it up Monday afternoon. Absolutely the fastest, easiest shopping Ever! By the way, I hate shopping.
Side note: I had never been to Hahn’s before.
I’ll be back when I need my next appliance

I walked in and said to Joshua “ If you were buying a 33” side by side with ice and water in the door what would you buy?” He told me. I said why. He told me. Since he looked like an honest young man I said sold. In and out in 20 minutes. Pretty cool deal. Now when my Frigidaire gets here and it works as Joshua promised I will be a happy camper.

They did not honor a TV ad for free installation. Said they'd do delivery free. But because we were outside 30 miles we had to pay 100.00. Then we were going to buy floor model but is did not have hardware for it so had to pay the price. Needless to say we walked.our experience was not good.

I bought a refrigerator that broke down after only two months. The freezer stopped working and lost all the food inside. When I purchased the product I also paid for the warranty that is suppose to cover all problems with no cost to me. Only problem is warranty company is only available during regular business hours Mon-Fri. my problem happened on the weekend and there is no weekend service. So my choice is to wait until Monday to be able to use the service contract I paid for or call a service guy out on the weekend and pay for it out of my own pocket. A new Frigidaire should last longer than 2 mos without repairs. Buy another brand and stay away from the warranty they offer you.

We had an excellent salesman, he was helpful and not pushy. We bought a Samsung washer and Dryer from Hahn. The delivery guys were professional and polite. A Week later we decided to buy a Bosch dishwasher, we went back to Hahn because of their good service.

We purchased a microwave/convection oven to replace our old one. We noticed immediately that the microwave was not near as powerful as our old one even though we were assured by the salesman that this was a good model. Then, the winter baking season started and we discovered that this oven baked at 300 deg instead of the 375 I set it on. At 425, it gets to maybe 350 on a good day. It is 5 months old. Hahn said basically that they would not do anything about this. They sold us a sub-standard appliance. So far, dealing with Frigidaire has produced nothing but frustration. I'm glad we did not get an extended warranty as the original one seems to be no good anyway. We will NOT do business with Hahn or Frigidaire again!

I went in to purchase a dryer. I waited for 30 min. and still no one had come and talked with me. I ended up going to the desk and saying can I have someone help me. They finally had someone come and talk with me. He was no real help. I ended up going with the dryer I had researched but the sales person did not help with any knowledge or suggestions.

Beware pushy sales people. My husband and I went in to look for Viking kitchen appliances. The guy helping us at first told us that they had everything (over $5000 worth of stuff) in stock, then after we were ready to give him the money said that it was in the warehouse and it would be monday before we could get it. Then after he jerked us around a bit more, we were told it would probably be a week or more till we could get it. We mentioned that we were going to look around a bit more and he started bad mouthing other businesses. We were told that they were the only Viking dealer in the state and if we wanted the appliances we would just have to deal with Hahn or do without. We left without buying anything and went right down the road, purchased EVERYTHING that we were looking for and it will be delivered on Monday no charge. I wouldn't rate Hahn one star but it didnt give me the option.
