        Had lunch at Genghis Grill on Memorial Rd in Oklahoma City. They Charged my credit card twice for my meal and didn't bother to tell me. I found out 3 days later when I saw it on my bank statement twice! I called Monday and was told that they remember accidentally charging me twice but they reversed one of the payments at the time that it happened so my bank will see that and give me my money back. NOPE! So 2 days later we call back and speak to a manager and were told that since the General Manager was out, they couldn't fix THEIR mistake and give me my money back. We would have to wait until tomorrow. The next day rolls around and we are told that the manager is not in. We call back later that same day and we were told the general manager would call us back. Did we get a phone call? NOPE! Of course not... So now its Thursday and we call again, we are told that the general manager will be out until Monday and that we have to wait until Monday!!!! This is completely unacceptable! Lord only knows if we will ever get our money back. First the store should of told us they made a mistake, second it shouldn't take a week to get it fixed! Do you think they are going to pay my bounced check fees because of THEIR incompetence? Hell No! Do not go to this restaurant unless you want to be double charged for your food, not be told about it and then have the manager dodge you every time you call.
