Family Healthcare & Minor Emergency Clinic

(63rd clinic) I have had an emergency situation with my son and myself and I got in quickly for the appontment, the registration was simple, the people were awesome. The Dr. was great and didn't try and push meds, she actually wanted to wait and see how things progressed. I have had to see specialist and that was done quickly. My lab work was back within 3 days and i was called back. I love this place and the people I worked with and would recommend them....They were awesome....the only thing i have had issues with is calling the number and asking questions and the people answering the phone having no clue what things are covered. I mean if I am telling you what is covered how come you can't either look it up or something. IF you work there you should have a guideline book of basics, I wasn't asking in depth questions....

DO NOT EVER USE THIS PLACE! THEY LIE STRAIGHT UP! I called last week. After they told me the price I could not afford to go in. This week I am deathly ill. I called to make an appointment and the price doubled from the price they already told me. Needless to say I can't go and I could die. Not exaggerating. Last time I had the same thing the hospital told me if I had waited any longer I would have died. I am sixty years old and they don't care about their patients just MONEY!! If I could give zero stars I would have.

I loved this clinic and have been there two different times. I really love the Dr she is knowledgable and caring. But the problem I have had is that both times I could NOT get my prescription filled!!! Both times I went on a Fri and BOTH times my kids went the weekend without there antibiotic! So I call early mon morning to ask what happened.... They called it in to the wrong pharmacy. Ok i think (for the second time) people make mistakes but. Ok then she proceeds to explain to me that I have to take care of it?? Ok so, upset all weekend nursing my oldest of 4 kids with strep throat....knowing that 24hrs after she gets her antibiotic she AT LEAST wont pass it along to her brothers and sister? But I don't have it and have no one to call about it till Monday! Then I call them to fix it and am offered no help no apology and THIS IS THE SECOND TIME IT'S HAPPENED!!!! Out of the two times I went I loved the staff and Dr but unfortunately won't ever be back because both times that I took my babies in for their help..... Both times my babies suffered a weekend with fever and throwing up and passing it throughout my home to my other babies. Maybe I should have taken them to a Dr..... OH I DID!!!!!!!
