The installer, Carson, was very professional and knowledgeable and did a great job installing our garage door. Carson also took the time to answer my questions and explained everything very well.

I had a good experience with the DC He came out and went above and beyond to make sure my client was happy.

I needed a replacement for a damaged section of track for my overhead door. Jason at Doortec was extremely helpful and got me fixed up very quickly. He even provided me with the bolts and nuts and a drill bit for drilling the correct sized hole for installation. All this and the price was very reasonable.

Great service Doortec, I called because my garage door would not open and they sent out a technician with in a couple of hours

I am pretty disappointed with the service I received from Doortec. We built our house a year and a half ago and they installed our garage doors. Even on the day of closing they had to come and repair the garage door opener because it wasn't working. When he couldn't fix it they sent out someone else the next day to fix it. We've had to have them come out multiple times to fix our garage door and opener as well as fix it ourselves several times because the door keeps coming off of the tracks. When they come out and try to recreate it to see why it is coming off the tracks we can't ever get it to happen for them so they have chalked it up to bad sensors. Well the sensors have been fixed and replaced and we are still with a garage door that broke again this weekend. When I called to see what they could do for us Terry acted very snide and pretty much said there was nothing they could do for me except have me pay to have someone come look at it. He didn't understand or care (not sure which one) that I'm concerned with the integrity of the door and opener we had installed to begin with. I was really hoping when I called that they would be more willing and eager to help us fix the problem instead of treating us like a random first time caller. We will see what happens when they come tomorrow but right now I'm pretty disappointed.

Terry with Doortec came out to my home to program my controller that I had bought from them earlier. He did a great job and I can now use my garage door opener! Thank you terry and Doortec!

Doortec replaced our springs on our garage door and did an great job I would highly recommend!
