We ordered kitchen applianaces from Home Depot and they sent these guys out. They showed up on time but didn’t install the diswasher or even unbox the the appliances. They left them crated and in the garage. They wrote on the receipt we requested they do this yet we paid for installation. I will not do business with ever again and I will be reporting them to Home Depot. This looks bad on them.

was to deliver. new G.E.and washer & install had all kinds of excuses why he could install like drippie cutoff valve . (not right) & various number reasons. He just snowed my wife ....and left...really sorry person

We were told that we would be getting our unit delivered and installed on Monday, then when they didnt show, they told us it was supposed to be Tues. Tues. 2 hours later than the latest time they told us it would be installed by, we called and were told that it would be Wed. Horrible customer service and clueless. Would not recommend.

They delivered over $4,500 dollars worth of appliances to our home today. Left them all out in the middle of the street in the pouring rain uncovered for 20 minutes to an hour despite our having a covered porch with 9’ clearances and a two car garage with 13’ clearance. They walked through our home, with newly refinished wood floors, without wiping their feet and traipsed water and mud throughout. Additionally, they brought all of the completely soaked appliances in without wiping them down and let them leak all over our newly refinished wood floors. They were paid to remove the old stove, and dragged it around the kitchen dining room and dropped it on the living room floor, ruining the wood finish. I would never use them again. I am never planning on using anyone who contracts with them. Including Home Depot.
