But our commitment to patient care is probably best demonstrated by our Evenmore Care© program. Evenmore Care was developed to ensure every patient receives EVEN MORE. How does it work? We have structured our staffing to put more focus on our patients with lower-than-average patient-to-staff ratios, which ensures we see patients virtually every day. With this level of increased patient contact, our staff can identify an increased or sudden decline in a patient's condition. Once a change in condition is identified, we initiate our Watch Program©.

        Overall

        I wish we had used Crossroads for the last 6 months instead of another hospice (that also begins with a "C"). We only had Crossroads for about 24 hours as inpatient hospice in the hospital before dad passed away, but I was very impressed. They knew he was fragile and immediately activated their "Even More Care" program to have one of their team in the room with him at all times until he passed. It was a comfort to know that if family wasn't there, a compassionate person would be with him. Crissy and Fran were very sweet and comforting. I would definitely recommend interviewing Crossroads if you are researching hospice care.
