Credit Union One

Not sure why I continue to use this location. Horrible customer service every time and somehow it continues to get worse.

After being a member for well over 20 years, I found the Credit Union to have either fallen behind the times or perhaps it has turned into a rip off. They added a $5 per month charge to my account and started charging for all kinds of things and wanted to assess an additional $1 when I inquired about the reason for the charges, just to research it. Other banks call me in the rare instance of a problem, but CU1 does not communicate and makes dealing with problems very difficult. Their customer experience manager Samantha Robinson accused me of being rude when I asked for a clarification. This is the opposite experience I have at all the other banks I use, but none of them have mysterious stuff happening to my accounts.
