I had a consultation with Bryan and was under the impression he was going to represent me. At the time my boyfriend lived out of state, so he was really nice and talked to him over the phone about the case. We both felt he was a good honest man and would do what is best for my daughter and I. Bryan never once told me that he would not be representing me. He had immediately passed the case onto his partner Jodi Childers which I thought she was his assistant. I was not aware she was an attorney herself. Bryan had told me everything I wanted to hear just to get my money. As soon as he had his money I never heard from him again. Jodi spoke to me very disrespectful several times until my parents were present in court she was respectful then. Other than that she spoke to me like I was the one she was going up against. She was not professional by any means. I paid a lot of money to basically get no where with the case. I ended up having to fire her and hire a new attorney. I even asked to speak with Bryan and he never returned my phone call.
