Rick from Boss Plumbing did an excellent job replacing our hot water tank. He showed up when he said he would and was very nice to deal with.He gave us a quote over the phone and after the job was done, the final bill was exactly what he said it would be. I am very happy with the job he did and will use Boss Plumbing from now on!

We had a broken water pipe under our concrete floor which flooded most of our house. We called a plumber to come find the leak and fix it. The plumber said he would be there the same day but did not show up until the next day. After searching for the leak, the plumber said he was "pretty sure" of where the leak was and gave us an estimate of $5,400 to fix it. We weren't very satisfied with someone being "pretty sure" of where the leak was so we called Boss Plumbing for a second opinion. We spoke with Rick and when we explained our situation, he showed up within two hours to help. After searching for the leak, he found it. The leak turned out to be about 12 feet away from where the first guy said it was. He then gave us an estimate which was less than half of what the first guy was going to charge us. He seemed very sure of where the leak was and his ability to fix it so we gave him the job. He started early the next morning and by the end of the day not only was the leak fixed, but the concrete was replaced as well. He left no mess and even recommended a good tile guy to replace our tile. We were very pleased with Rick's job and will definately call him for any future plumbing jobs. He is a true professional!
