WoW! They really take good care of me. I always feel like they do their best to keep my cost down and always remember me when I come in for an appointment. From the boss to the cashier I never have a problem.

Everyone there is so nice, professional and willing to get me into a vehicle within my price range without pressure! I will be buying all of my future vehicles from Bob Moore Mazda!

They will work on any make and model, I refer everyone to them for any sort of service work. Anything from an oil change to a very extensive overhaul.

The dealership actually had the nerve to call AFTER we purchased a car to tell us that the $500 rebate for our CX-5 was no longer valid and that we owed them $500. This is exactly why I will not be recommending this place to anyone. Everything seemed great until they pulled the rug out from under our feet. Our salesman, Nick, was helpful but the rest of the staff was pushy, arrogant, and deceiving. Do not buy here.

Their service department is lacking in something. No customer service skills, no knowledge of parts or knowledge of the vehicles that they are selling or how to properly service them. I took my wife CX-9 in for routine maintenance and by the time I got home, her cruise control no longer worked and her brake lights were stuck on. Really? I just hope that if you own a mazda, which btw, are great cars, you don't get them serviced at Bob Moore Mazda in Oklahoma City, OK.
