Had one of the worse experiences purchasing a car that I have had in 35 years. Few hiccup during purchase but after I signed papers they wiped their hands of the vehicle. New 2013 F150, bought with no assistants with sync from the dealership, that I find out now were suppose to help me with and the car was not cleaned well when I bought it. After a couple weeks the front end started popping and the check engine light came on (remember this a brand new truck). When I called their service department I was told that I could drop it off but they would not be able to take a look at it for a week (that was just take a look at it). This place just has a shady feel and operation all throughout it. You might want to find another dealer to by a new truck from.

I did not have a very good exp...

I did not have a very good experience trying to get my ford escape repaired at this establishment although I originally purchased my ford there and faithfully serviced my suv there. Long story short; I left the ford with them for repair July 22 on a friday; was told no one would get to it until monday or tuesday which was ok; I rented a car to go on a trip for one week; first I was told the parts were coming and the suv would to fixed no longer than wednesday aug 3rd; then I was told don't know when; after several calls with don't know when, I had my sons pick the suv up friday aug 5; the next day they( my sons) were able to find the parts at another ford dealer and had my ford escape repaired that day. No one at bob moore was making an effort to repair my car.

Bad customer service

I was sccheduled to pick up a fleet vehicle from this dealership and the fleet company informed me that my vehicle had been delivered to this dealership a week before. I called to inquire about when I could come pick up my vehicle and I spoke with a manager who was very rude and unprofessional. His tone was very demeaning and he acted as if I was interrupting him even though I had been transferred to his phone by the front desk. I then called the GM of the dealership to inform him of my experience with his Manager and was AGAIN treated horribly. I was interrupted by the GM several times throughout the conversation and at the end he basically had no concern. Instead of apologzing and asking me what he could do to help he basically told me it was my fault the manager spoke to me that way. I will NEVER do personal business with this dealership due to the treatment I received. I have informed my company and the fleet company of my experience and hopefully they will be taken off the list so no one has to endure this treatment again. Please think twice before you spend your money with a company who has no concern for customer service.

COMPLETE CERTIFIED CROOKS!!!!!! YOU WILL GET BENT OVER AT BOB MOORE. TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW NOT TO MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID. THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORD AT AL.... ONCE YOU SIGN AND YOU HAVE A LEMON THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BAD DECISION GOING TO BOB MOORE.... CALL OVERALL FORD IN JONES, THEY TRADED US OUT OF OUR JUNK WE JUST BOUGHT FROM BOB MOORE AND GAVE US A REALISTIC DEAL AND A PRISTINE VEHICLE....
