Bob Howard Chrysler Jeep Dodge

My wife took her '05 Pacifica in for an oil change. They performed a "free inspection" finding that her front brakes were in serious need of immediate replacement. She was informed that if not done her rotors would be ruined costing us much more in the long run. Unfortunately for them I know how to get this done myself and when I removed the front wheels her brakes were brand new like they were replaced when the car was traded in before we bought it. I would have complained to management, but I'm sure that's where the directive to rip customers off came from in the first place. This place is crooked. A total rip off. All these reviews must have been written by employees.

Purchased a program minivan a few years back. Worst vehicle I've ever owned. Seriously. But that really isn't Bob Howards fault. What is their fault is the service I received. Replacing parts without my permission, doing work that required follow up visits, after having called and scheduled a day to bring in the car, they make a mistake and claim no schedule was made, requiring them to keep the car overnight with no loaner, promising to call me when parts came in and they never did, and so on. I will never, ever, even if they are the last car dealer on the planet, buy a car from them again.

This was the worst that I have ever been treated from an automotive service department. Took a new Chrysler 300c into service and for a few little items on the car they had it for one week. Second they refused to work on an item that was covered under warranty and told me that it was due to me hitting my dash or customer neglect. The service manager was a jerk and just wrote Chryslers 1-800 number on his card and said there was nothing he could do. So after calling Chrysler they said to take it to another dealer and see if they would fix the item and the dealer agreed to fix it.Said it was bad from the Factory. So after having to rent a car for a week out of my own money because Chryslers to cheap to give loaners for cars thtas still under warranty I had to go into all of this and guess what I get to rent another car to get the remainder of the service work done that Bob Howard refused to fix. Stay away from these guys they are bad news for the automotive industry and poor, poor customer service. Thanks for nothing Chris Olson!
