Aqualine Enviromental Systems

After Purchasing a Rainsoft water softener system that cost $5,650 we were experiencing some problems with our system not working at all. We attempted to contact this company to service our system, and after a week and a half finally received a call back from a technician who stated there would be a $90 service charge charge which we refused to pay. At this time we attempted to contact a "manager" and got another answering machine, left a message and later that afternoon received a call back from the technician who explained they would now come out for free and service our system. After 5 hours of waiting at home for the technician to show up another "manager" calls and explains they will not be coming out to service our system unless we agree to the $90 service call. We then agree to the $90 so we dont have an expensive system collecting dust in our garage. Then this "manager" says they can't come out today. If you are thinking of purchasing a system from this company I wouldn't waste your time or money. I have never been more unsatisfied with a company as I am with this company. Very unprofessional, and RUDE. Did I mention they are the only company in our area who service our system! I'm guessing they feel they can treat their customers however they want since they have no other option!
