My stove wasn't a working , I had two company's checked out my stove they couldn't find out what the problem was , thankfully somebody reach to me & told me about metro there staff are so intelligent & found the problem right away , I like the quickest & there work ethic is good, I had to give a good review

Anything I need to get repaired I always go to metro appliance i know there staff gets it done every time especially since I'm a customer that keep coming back , I dont think you'll hear anything bad about this company. This company makes sure customer first & satisfied the customer.

I was really satisfied with the work that was done to my stovetop, I was having a big New year's party and the day before my stove stopped working so I called this company up and the quoted me a really fare price for the fix. They arrived exactly when expected and was very professional and worked really hard. They fixed my stove with no problem at all, I definitely recommend Metro Appliance.

I love these guys! I had a refrigerator crisis the day before my mother-in-law's birthday party. I called at 6:00 the day of and they had a technician to me in 2 hours! Not only were they speedy and professional but the technician was very personable and made me very comfortable with allowing him into my home. He even tolerated my toddlers running around and asking questions. I would absolutely call them again and again. This is a business I can easily say I trust and get a good value out of. Plus my mother-in-law got her birthday dinner!

My dishwasher wasn't working and i have alot of kids who dirty alot of dishes,I had to get it fixed fast! I called Metro Appliance and they sent out a technician fast and he knew exactly what he was doing. The customer service was excellent just like the prices, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

It was my first time using Metro Appliance and they were actually quite good. Since I moved in to my new place, the dishwasher leaks almost once a week and my super never gotten a chance to fix it due to some lame excuses.

I decided to hire a company to fix it for me instead so I gave Metro Appliance a try. Overall, the staff was great and friendly. They fixed my dishwasher in a professional manner. Now it hasn't leak for about 2 months. I'm so happy that I found them.

I was in a disarray when my stove went out. With a family of 6. I cook almost everyday. Quickly I picked up my phone to call Metro Appliance. They were here the very next day. The job was done quickly & efficiency. The price wasn't bad either!!

It was a bad day when my heater stopped working. Unfortunately I didn't had any alternative to manage. I desperately need to get fixed as soon as possible. Then i found Metro appliances on yellow pages; immediately i called them and responsible person picked phone quickly and noted down my address.



After 20 minutes he showed up and fixed my heater efficiently.



I am thankful to Metro Appliances.

My dishwasher and dryer are always fusing out on me or breaking down and the staff at Metro Appliance always get the job done. It's really affordable and comes with guarantee. Most others places are pricey and have horrible service, but I've always been treated as a valued customer when dealing with this company and told my friends and family about them as well. Thank you Metro Appliance.

Metro Appliance is one of the best places to go when you're having trouble with appliances. They provide fast and friendly service. I tend to break mine a lot and they're always there! Last time, Matt helped to repair my fridge. It didn't take long. He helped to diagnose the problem (it wasn't freezing) and fixed it immediately. This time, it was my dishwasher. They repaired it just as easily. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I have Dealt with Matt and his guys on more then on Occassion(im always breaking my appliances! Im really good at it!) he is always fast and friendly and Has great prices. He is always upfront and honest with what the issue is and if he thinks its cheaper to replace he will tell me. If you need a quick, effective and well priced team to fix your Appliances This is THE place to go!

Don't call ! Bunch of jerks ! They mark prices way way up. Guy came out to fix my oven spent an hour and a half and left a bill for $2700 long story short it's now a month later they finally get the oven fixed after three times of saying it's fixed call me and demand I pay them or they'll take the parts back out right now! Jerks I say! Won't let me publish this review without pushing a star

I will never use this company again, very disappointed with the service I received. I called to get my front loading washer repaired and was charged $445, the part took over 2 weeks to come in & after repeated attempts to schedule a time for installation I gave up & asked for a refund. After waiting 6 weeks for a check, my husband called demanding a refund. They lied about what had occurred and reluctantly agreed to a refund minus $200 for 2 service calls (1 of which they never made)

BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am shaking right now I am so mad and upset. Matt Nix is the ruddest, most dishonest person I have ever dealt with in my life. He was yelling at me so much that I could not even speak to him. Do yourself a favor and do not do business with this company. They took $473 of my hard earned money and mailed me a part for my refrigerator. I paid them to install it, but they refuse!! He says it is my fault for buying a Samsung. His website says they service Samsung, but he gets very angry when you bring that up. Now I have a box of parts and a broken refrigerator. I filled a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I suggest that anyone else who deals with this company should file one too. People who run bisnesses like this should be put out of business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
