I showed up at my scheduled appointment time. My car was finished within an hour. Everything looked great and very satisfied with results. I would highly recommend Alta Mere and will use them the next time I need windows tinted.

I highly recommend this company, I have been doing business with them for 26 years. They have tinted the windows on 10 of my vehicles and I've never had any problems with the window tint peeling or bubbling. They have also installed remote starts and car alarms for me. I have always been 100% satisfied with their work, their products and their customer service. They are awesome and take great care of each customer!

Great place for tint, made an appointment was told would take 30 minutes was done in half the time. Very professional very clean and very nice employees would recommend great price no high pressure sale you will be happy

WOW. I dont know what these people are talking about. I have been using Alta Mere for years along with several of my family members. Greg and his staff have always been very professional and courteous. I have recommend them to other people and have only gotten back good feedback.

Do not use them! I regret going there. The owner, Greg, will treat you very nice when you first come in to the store. But, after you pay him, he treats you like a second class citizen, and is very unprofessional and rude. Customer service is non-existent after he has your money. I spent $1400 to have radar detector system installed. When I called him back three weeks later to try to make an appointment to have him address an issue, he told me to call him back next week because he was too busy with other customers. This is not customer service! It is obvious that this business focuses on short-term profit. Customer service after the sale is not important to them. If you need to have any windows tinted or audio or radar systems installed, go to Audio Extreme and ask for Dennis to do the work. That's want I had to do in order to address the problem. Yes, I had to pay more money to get this done, but it was worth it not having to deal with Greg at Alta Mere! Dennis and Van at Audio Extreme has integrity, is honest, and treat their customers with respect.

These people are very rude. I had to do some warrenty work on my tint and they were so rude, they kept putting me off. Once they got my money the first time they didn't care about me anymore. I had to go to a different Alta Mere in Midwest City and the owner of that busienss was very nice. He treated me like a first time customer.

I had my husband's car tinted here as a surprise. Glamoured by the claims of being "Best in OKC" I decided to go with this business, BIG MISTAKE. The owner, Greg, is the most arrogant person I think I have ever spoken with. They were great when they were trying to get my money, but after the job was done when a problem was noticed he was very rude. By problem I mean the ENTIRE tint job has to be redone. When I first brought it by to show the problems, he had an excuse for everything, including that there was scratches in my window (that window was redone somewhere else, and surprise there is no scratch, it was a mistake in the tint). I decided to take it to another tint job for a second opinion and found out that all the problems were due to a poor tint job. When I explained this to Greg, he could seem to care less just explaining over and over that he "pumps out 2,000 cars a year, and that Rolls Royce even has a service department." I was irritated as I think anyone would be and sensing this he decided to lecture me on "life lessons" since he could tell I was younger than him. I have worked in customer service my entire life and would NEVER speak to a paying customer the way he did to me. Clearly he only cares about quanity then quality. I have a lifetime warrenty on the tint, but have decided to just get the tint redone somewhere else because of the way I was treated at Alta Mere. $200 waste of money, but an important lesson learned. Hopefully this post will help other people out there to not waste their time or money on this place.

Service and results were very good. Be aware that the darkest tinting can be unsafe at night.
