WORST COMPANY EVER! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SLUMLORDS. They went to a court date to evict us that we never get a court date for to go stand up for ourselves and they LIED TO THE JUDGE TO GET A SHERIFF TO POST A 3 DAY NOTICE ON OUR DOOR. We had no where to go! No prior notice, no phone calls from them, nothing!!!!! I AM PREGNANT WITH A 3 YEAR OLD SON AND ALMOST WENT HOMELESS. DUE TO ME NOT BEING ABLE TO LIFT MUCH, I HAD TO LEAVE HALF OF MY LIFE IN THAT HOUSE AND THEY ARE TAKING IT ALL FOR THEMSELVES! THEYVE RUINED MY CREDIT AND I HAD NO OPPORTUNITY TO STAND UP FOR MYSELF. IT TOOK THEM 6 MONTHS TO REPAIR BLACK MOLD IN MY BATHROOM WHICH MADE OUR WHOLE SHOWER WALL COLLAPSE IN. SAME WITH DISHWASHER. THEY DO NOT MAKE REPAIRS IN A TIMELY MANNOR AT ALL. THEY ARE TAKING ALL MY FAMILY BELONGINGS FOR THEMSELVES. ALL MY ANCESTORS STUFF AND VERY MEANINGFUL STUFF TO ME. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE LIAR, SCUMBAGS!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I put in a work order from the time I moved in for 6 months to fix my dishwasher, a caved in termite infested hole in my shower, a constant drip in my bathtub which let to a busted pipe in my wall, 2 different leaks in my roof, and a door that needed to be fixed. Took them 6 months to finally come to my house and fix it because I lied and told them my house was flooded! I have now waited for a month to get my AC fixed in 100 degree weather and no one can seem to call me back to get it taken care of. I also have my 4 year son that lives me that they don't seem to care about getting my ac fixed for! Also, at the beginning of my lease, there was a broken down pool in the back yard. We offered to fix it for a lower rent payment and they agreed to it. 6 months down the road we didn't fix the pool because 1 it was winter time and 2 they hadn't fixed anything else in the house so we didn't want to waste our time. Then they sent me out a highlighted contract of the lease of everything we had "broken" on the lease which was 100 percent false and took us we would be paying for the pool and deck to be taken down to the insurance because we didnot fix the pool! They are the most ridiculous people I've met in my life! DO NOT use them. I haven't moved out but I wouldn't image I am getting my 1350 deposit back even though the house has been well kept!

These people are scam artists. Ive been moved out for 3 months and they still have not giving me back my deposit! They give you the run around and never return calls. Steer clear of ever renting one of their properties if you dont want to end up taking them to court.

Al phase real estate has always been more than fair to me.They are great!

We are renters at one of their properties our apt has flooded since we have lived here and a severe bed bug issue the issue has not been resolved.

I have not met a more honest helpful group of people than the people I rent from. I have been very happy with the repair men they came out right a way and left my house just as it was when they came. It is easy to pay because Kim came by to pick it up after my operation and i could not get out. The girl who answers the Phone is always polite asking if i have anything else i need. They even helped me find a man to mow my lawn cause i am not able, i got a good price because he likes them too. I will never live anywhere else.

I dont know what the problem is the people here are great. I had very good conversation with them looking at the house. It was a little rough but the day before i was to move in they called me to check it out to see if there was any thing they missed. The carpet was rough but the guy was there cleaning it.

They did give me some card to give to my friends to move in and i get 50.00 off my next rent. heck yes i will tell everyone i know to rent from them.

If I could give fewer than 1 star I would. All Phase is great if you like moving into a filthy apartment, never having anything fixed, and then having your deposit retained with no explanation given. Incompetent? That's the nicest thing I can say about these yayhoos. Kim is worthless. She called me frantically the day I was supposed to move in and said she couldn't have the carpets cleaned because I hadn't had the utilities turned on - I hadn't even signed the lease yet! I should have taken that as a bad sign and run the other direction, but I moved in anyway. The previous tenant had left food in the refrigerator with the electricity off and it smelled like a corpse, but I guess Kim hadn't noticed any of that. I scrubbed everything nice and clean when I moved out, but no return of my deposit and no explanation - she just ignores me because she knows I moved out of state - what a horrible excuse for a human being she is.

This is beyond the worse company Ive dealt with. They are the nicest til u move in their property!! This is a total nightmare. These are wolves in sheep clothing!! Good thing about life is GOD SEE's IT ALL.. THEY WILL BE PUNISHED FOR UNRIGHTEOUSNESS BY GOD!! The Bible says, "You reap wat you sow." Judgment is coming for those wolves. Watch and see!!! Kim&Sue are the 1st two to feel God's punishment.

This is an absolute horrid rental company! Don't believe me? Check yellowpages reviews! They don't fix your appliances when they break, the air conditioning unit doesn't work in half of the house, there's roaches, the house smells of mold. The sewage backs up into your shower. They can't even paint a house without dumping a bucket all over the brick! Their voicemail is SO full you can't even leave a message. They ignore you for months until you threaten them. The lease may be cheap but you'll wish you would've spent the extra dollar with someone else! RUN!

Its obvious that youre an employee of this company. These people are horrible slumlords!! There are insects everywhere including bed bugs. NO response from management.

Run don't walk away from this company. They make no attempt to repair apartments once you have moved in. I have lived in this apartment one year and the central air conditioner has never worked. My baby and I are burning up. We have had to buy our own window unit and put in the window just to stay a litle bit cool. Other units in the same aparttment complex are experiencing the same problems. These people don't care at all. Do not rent from All Phase Real Estate.

I have had a very gooood experience with Kim and Sue over at allphase. They really helped me out got me in my house fast and went out of their way. They even stopped by on my move in day to make sure everything was going ok. Just signed a one year lease and will renew when the time comes.

Do not ever do business with anyone from Allphase Real Estate. They never return your calls, when you have a problem, they completely ignore you. I have moved into one of their properties and anything that can go wrong, has gone wrong. When I call them, their phone system rarely connect you to a human. When you are connected to a human, you wish you hadn't been connected because they lie for each other and never follow up on things they are suppose to. I've had flooring problems, heat and air problems. (During the worst of this winter they left me witout heat for over two weeks) I currently have a water leak and it has been a week since I have called them and they have done nothing to get the leak repaired. There isn't enough space here to list all the things they have failed to repond to in a normal manner.

After moving into one of there duplexes I found it to be the begining of a year long nightmare. I was supposed to be provided with lawn care and appliances. Not even a week later the fridge broke down and I was told they no longer provide appliances and recieved a letter in the mail that they no longer do yards too. Well after the leaky roof that went unfixed and the apparent termite problem it was time to cut my losses short.
