Dan & Tammy Goble are very professional Realtors,they helped me move from Arkansas to Oklahoma,I told them what I was looking for in a home and they would send me emails daily of homes they thought I would be interested in.

Dan & Tammy Goble are the best realtors we have EVER worked with. The main reason we chose them was their website stated they would answer the phone 7 DAYS A WEEK. The website was telling the truth they do answer the phones 7 DAYS A WEEK. They market your home on over 40 websites which is well above the average for most realtors which is impressive to my husband and myself. We feel like the website marketing is why we had 7 showings and 2 contracts during the first 10 days the house was on the market. We sold the home within 45 days after having 4 contracts on the home and sold it at the listed price with no reduction! Everybody should use Dan and Tammy. On August 1st we closed on our house in Yukon. We live in Florida and hoped the house would sell quick. We were fortunate enough to pick the best agents for the job. I LOVE ALL FAMILY REALTY! This husband and wife team are true professionals. They sold our home in under 90 days, always kept us up to date on showings, interested parties and issues with our property. Before we hired them, we had a realtor that did nothing, didn't keep us abreast of what was going on and even refused our phone calls. All Family Realty always answered our calls...really, there was not a single time we could not get a hold of them. They called us a minimum of once a week with updates no matter what was going on, which was great for us since we were selling from out of state. I own another home in OKC and if I ever decide to sell that home, I would not hesitate to hire Dan and Tammy with All Family Realty again. Best of the Best!

However if I had started out with Tammy instead of my first realtor, I truly believe the process would have been much smoother. Dan and Tammy got the purchase price down to $78,000, then after inspection reduced it by another $3000. I didn't have to speak with anyone but Dan & Tammy during the negotiation process. They will go to bat for you. They are good at building bridges and following through with their commitments. In addition to this, they gave me sensible advice on how to build equity in my house so I would make money off of it. I will definitely be using them in the future when I decide to purchase my second home.
