All About Comfort Heat & Air

These guys installed a new Heat and Air System and they were excellent thank you again for everything.

Just stay away from this company! They took so many shortcuts and after paying for a new unit 2 years later we are paying another company $1800 to fix mistakes and leaky coils on a 2 year old a/c!!!!

Stay away from this company! They are dishonest, unresponsive, and very difficult to work with. We had to call another company to come fix the problems they appear to have intentionally caused. We signed up and paid for their Spring AC cleaning/tune-up, however they never came in the Spring as promised. It wasn't until we called multiple times that they finally came...in July. We wish they never came! The day after they left, our air conditioner stopped working. We called to ask them to come back and see why it wasn't working. They said they would have to charge an $85 dollar service charge just to check. We called another company to come check. The other company told us that the Freon was empty. They also said that the cap had been intentionally loosened two full turns. They said that some companies do it to try to make people think they have a bad AC unit, so they can make money selling a new one. We spent several days suffering in the heat as a result.

This company is a worthless they came out to tell me what was wrong with my a/c came in any of my house tell me all the things that was wrong with it. And they would order the parts and we out by Wednesday and well it's been over a week and I still don't have a/c my dad is almost 80 I have a bad heart condition 2 kids and 2 dogs and I can't believe my a/c still isn't fixed

I would recommend this company to any of my friends. The technicians was prompt and honest about their work. They installed my equipment in two days, and I was pleased with their work.

What a nightmare. Technicians showed up to install an evaporator coil. One didn't have working tools, they had to dig around their bags to find loose incorrect screws to install it, didn't tape the duct to seal them well enough and stepped through the ceiling. They sent their 'expert' sheet rock guys who started doing a very poor job (hanging sheet rock with 3 inch nails? ) and never finished the repair job. I'll finish it myself rather than let those clowns in my house again.

The gentleman who serviced my unit was friendly, efficient, and informative, this is the second time I have used this company and I am pleased. Dennis was my technician with both calls :-) .

This Company was so good to me they gave me same day service the receptionist was so nice she also gave me a coupon for $25.00 off the service charge, and the tech was wonderful he fixed the problem in 5 mins. I have never seen that before also he explained what was going on with the unit and why it was doing what it was doing, so YES i do recommend this company to others. Thank you All About Comfort Heat & Air you made my family and I Comfortable .

This company is so bad I had to write a review. I have never written a review before, good or bad, on any company but All About Comfort has redefined terrible setting a new standard of sub par performance. After discovering a frozen over evaporator coil, the technition pumped over three pounds of freon into our system, ran out of refrigerant to give me, charged me for four pounds at the rate of $55 bucks a pound so I gave them $220 total , shook my hand and said he would come back the very next day to "top me off". With him explaining he was prior military I had no reason to believe he would not come back and make good on what he said he was going to do. Not only did he never show back up for the "top off" but his fix for our coil resulted in a frozen coil again one week later. We called the company and they said they would come back to address the "new" issue, claimed they had no responsibility in failing to fix it right the first time and when asked about the refund for four pounds of freon I was told from a very sarcastic unprofessional receptionist that they would refund the freon if I could figure out away they could somehow get the freon back into their bottle. This company does not stand behind their work, they try and make a quick easy sale so they can move on to the next person waiting to fix their A/C when it's over 100 degrees outside. My home warranty company has removed them from their call list and I suggest you do the same. If one person reads this and does not decide to work with these guys it was worth every penny of that $220.00 I had to pay them for essentially spraying freon into the atmosphere. Good luck to you.
