Horrible. These is your worst nightmare if you are deunk getting out of a bar. The driver was rude and start to talk crap to my girl and me. Luckily I was sover enough not to wupe his ass. I would gone to jail and all after the bar!!! Do not recommend. Stir away.

The best Taxi service in Midland and Odessa. Very clean and they use brand new cabs. Wheel chair friendly. Very Professional driver and dispatch.

This taxi company should be close down rude not a good service to provide a ride when u need it they need to stop just makein scedles for just one thing and pick up people that is not medcatied to they are not spcill we are all humens and not different

The man is very RUDE everytime i call! I asked him how long was the wait and he said mam do you want the taxi or not?! I said yes but i need to know how long the wait is and he hung up in my face and everytime i called back he would answer and hang up! WORST SERVIVE EVER!

Terrible. The woman hung up on me. I missed her cab yesterday I had an emergency. Call metro cab almost no wait. 432-880-7300

WORST SERVICE EXPRIENCE IN MY 20YRS IN THE BUSINESS. I run a bar, a customer said the taxi wouldn't come back for him. I am bound by Texas state law to try to get customers a ride home if they ask or need. I called explained I had a customer trying to get picked back up. As soon as I said the name, the man on the phone started cussing at me. I tried to tell him im just the manager, I don't know what happened. He continued to cuss me out and accused me of trying to intimidate him. I finally snapped back and told him I would not be recommending them to customers that ask. From there on he, refused 5 customers rides home that called themselves, lying to them saying, we were cussing him out. That man is CRAZY

Giving this business one star is honestly giving them too much credit. I called in for a friend and the man that answered was very rude and arrogant! After I gave him the addresses he said "I'll be right there!" So when I politely asked for the time frame he replied "I just told you a time frame I'm leaving now!" What a jerk. Most people who want to establish a good business do NOT respond this way to customers! I hardly ever need taxi cabs but at least now I know who NOT to call.

I call three different times the second time I called the man cussed me out and accused me of calling him out of his name. When he finally decided to ask were I was going they took 3 hours to come. Not a good taxi service at all I will NEVER call this place again.
