Awesome service with knowledgeable guys. I came in close to closing time and they finished with prior customers first and squeezed me in which helped so much. Definitely recommended for anyone with tire needs in the area!

a few months ago my mother took her Kia Sportage in for an oil change. She was informed rodents got in and caused damage to wiring in the engine bay, I was asked to go and confirm those claims. When I arrived I found no damage what so ever, and when confronting the shop manager about the claims the story changed to "we didn't say that! we said we found evidence of rodent excrement on the cabin filter". I laughed it off as a greedy repair shop trying to rip off a female customer. I had no objections today when she asked me to go with her to again today, so they wouldn't attempt something again. What really boggled my mind was the fact your company has the gull to charge its customers for, rags, hand sanitizer and other things of that nature. I own two businesses, a PC repair shop, and a web design firm. It really makes me wonder how my clients would feel if I started to charge them for my cost of doing business. Example: things like VGA, and Edison cables, the internet, the electricity to run the PC, and the light so I can see the keyboard. Or how about the paper I do my design sketches on, and the led for the pencil I sketch with? I bet you I would be out of business really quick. things like those are a cost of doing business, and are a tax write off as well. In closing I feel theirr business practices are very questionable.
