Once Upon A Child

This OCOEE store is HORRIBLE! What a NIGHTMARE! I was handle by the staff call "TRACY", she has TERRIBLE attitude, the first sentence she saw me to walk in the store was "your items will be checked until 7:30PM at night, is that OK to you!" Oh, my god! I totally was in shocking, I didn't know WHY is the reason she felt the customer who sell the items to them is a BEGGER? Or they are ones to give us the money??? Give me a break, the stuff that you are selling them is 40% of the price they sell, which means they are going to earn 60% and 20% more than you. So yes, the customers are the ones give the stores alive, NOT the miserable staff! I was there about 4:30PM, and I asked her if I will wait in the store, how long it will take, she told me 1 to 1.5 hours! So that means I can leave the store at 5:30PM to 6:00PM the latest, then I told the "TRACY" that if I can go out and come back and she said I CAN'T ,because they WON'T count the clock once I left, so I decided then I was going to wait there. Well, then their staff started to show the attitude to the toys that I brought in, because they thought it's too MANY!!! But WHY they don't go ahead to tell the customer that Once Upon a Child WONT' accept certain amount of items or they will show your NASTY attitude like you were begging them for help! When the clock went to 6:00PM I go to the counter to check the status of my items that they promised to finish, but I just realize my items still in the waiting area, they HAVEN'T even touch it!!! I CAN'T believe my eyes and I can't believe HOW they fool the client and keep them waitng, because our time is NOT the time and we can wait to beg them receive the items that you are going to offer! So at the end they decided to start to value my items at 7:00PM before the store, that means I stay in the store for 3 hours for NO REASON! The third time is the LAST time I was there, because I figure that second time I had bad experience, but maybe it is because they are busy and I would give them some credit, even WHATEVER they treat me was absolutely wrong. This time I brought a few bags of clothes to them to sell. The moment I walked in the store, their staffs automatically started to say that the one for the toy last time, it's like I'm the criminal on their BLACK list! Well, at that point, I didn't care anymore, I just left my bags there and leave, and went back to pick up the check that's it, because I'm enough their DISGUSTING faces and NASTY attitude. And when I came back to the store, they took out a little basket and it has a few clothes that they have picked, and they just simply told me the majority clothes that I brought was USED and WRINKLE, so they CAN'T accept. Give a HOLY break, this place is for accepting USED items, which they hired staffs there to iron your items to make the WRINKLE away. They DONT' accept my items just because they DON'T like to accept MY items for PERSONAL Reason, because I asked those YOUR HIGHNESS to work TOO MUCH and TOO HARD for my items that I brought! This is the REASON! So WHOEVER plan to sell the items to them, if you have large amount, please DO YOURSELF a FAVOR, DO NOT GO THAT EVIL PLACE, THEY WILL EAT YOU ALIVE AND LEAVE YOU VERY BAD TASTE IN YOUR MOUTH! Just use the CRAIGSLIST to sell it, I have already sold A LOT of item with GREAT PRICE and GOOD MOOD without go through this HELL! Believe me, you will feel REGRET if you go there! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME, MONEY, ENERGY AND EMOTION, you will feel SICK of it!!!

I took shoes there and they switch my shoes with some old dogged shoes they had. I am very sure because I wiped off my shoes and burned off any little pieces of thread hanging.When they gave me back my shoes,i told the manger these are not. My shoes. Don't trade your item there. They switch your items.

I LOVE this place! It is so huge! They have a great selection of bows. You feel like you are in a "regular" store. I often forget it is actually a resell store. Everything is so neat and organized. We have really gotten to know the staff. They are always so helpful. Everytime my daughter comes down to visit our first stop is Once Upon a Child. We find so many things for my granddaughter at fabulous prices! Can't wait for our next trip!

Absolutely LOVED this place.. Very clean and organized!!! Prices are very reasonable!! A must stop for childrens and babies clothes, toys, furniture, ... pretty much anyting u need is here..

AWESOME store!!!!! Great selection of stuff for babies thru just before teens. Clothes are always in great shape, no stains or rips. Great sales throughout the year, LOVE the $1.00 on all merchandise that is clearance!!!! Staff is very helpful and nice. Great selection of toys also.
