Kim listens to you, he looks at your hair, manipulates it and talks to you about what you think you want and what he recommends. He focuses only on you while you are in the chair. Wonderful experience and I will go back!

For over 17 years I have gone to NYC to get my hair done at Fredrick Fakkai, Oribe, Bumble and Bumble, and Roy Teeluck salons. Paid close to $400 each time to get my hair done. My hair looked good but never fabulous
