Every BODY's Fit

I started going to Every BODY’s Fit because I have a bad back and I wanted to lose a little weight. What I didn’t expect was that in 3 weeks, my back is better than ever. My trainer, Megan, knows exactly what she is doing. What she has done for my back, what doctors haven’t been able to do. I have lost weight and inches, as well. The attention is very personal and she really has changed my life. What more can I say!!

I have been working with Megan at Every BODY’s Fit for a little over 1 year now. I have tried other studios and have found this one is the best one for me. The schedule is extensive, Megan is very knowledgeable and the studio is refreshing. I have since achieved my original weight goal and then some. I have also met some lifelong friends here and they too are as dedicated as I am. Try this studio out you will not be disappointed. Megan takes your personal needs to heart and does a great job of meeting you where you are. Her greatest strength, in my opinion, is that she is able to modify your workout according to your strengths and weaknesses and never fails to change up workouts to make each session enjoyable and unique.
