        Best Place Ever!

        Wow, the pictures online don't do this place justice! The suites are huge and feel like a home not a hotel room. I loved being able to see the ocean from our private hot tub. The bed was so comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. I can't wait to go back.

        Disappointing experience

        I booked a family vacation stay for 4 days with them because I loved the pics of this inn online.I made a booking almost a month in advance.gave them my credit card info. and they confirmed it by giving me a reference number.It totally sounded like all has been set. Just the day we were going to leave for ocean shores, I thought I should call them before we leave and guess what they told me that I dont have any reservation and they have rented it to someone else (Luckily I got another hotel) but there answer was that they had some computer update a week before and lost some info, and now they cant do anything about it. I understand that at this point they cannot do anything about it but I guess they sould have some back up plan and atleast have the courtesy of informing there guests about any kind of changes rather then just keeping mum. atleast people should get some time to make other arrangements. My experience was totally disappointing.That was totally unproffessional of them.
