        AVOID at ALL COST - Long time customer was RIPPED OFF - NO Integrity, Dangerous Short Cuts

        AVOID! Not only is the only other reviewer related to Harry Ponds...the fact that they write their own reviews will provide excellent insight into their character...or lack thereof! We were long-time clients and used this service since Harry was a one/two man company working out of his truck. We used them for all our rentals and have sent dozens of people their direction over the years for both major installs and small repairs...NO MORE and NEVER again! We put up with a lot but never dishonesty and lack of integrity. Last repair (under warranty) was in December...it's June and STILL waiting on them to return to finish the work. They took a part (under warranty) then direct wired and never return to do the job right. It's a hazard, they cut corners and pocket the warranty but leave the client with rigged wires. Now have to pay a new company for labor AND the device because they cashed in the warranty item but NEVER brought back the replacement NOR finished the job. Still have the written receipt showing the need for a return visit and of course...no follow up, no final repair, nothing. It's been SIX MONTHS! They take the parts and leave the client with the inferior "quick fix".....if you want to pay 2x to get the job done AND be forced to shell out $$ to repurchase the actual equipment (that is/was under warranty but cannot be claimed again since they TOOK IT and NEVER returned to reinstall the new one!) then go with this company...otherwise, avoid at ALL cost! Totally lacking integrity.So, bottom line...lack of integrity, short-cuts and sending in parts for warranty but leaving the client with old/"hot-wired" and spares is the new name of the game for this company.

        These guys really know what they are doing when it comes to heating and air. They do quality work at affordable prices. They make sure the work is done correctly with no short cuts. When you want it done right the first time call Ponds Heating and Cooling.

        Harold Pond did amazing work at my old house in marion oaks fla. He is very professional, and great with his hands. I'm in tampa now and if my air ever breakes again i would defenetly call him.... sincerely, Tracey Galecki... (look me up on myspace under tracey galecki..
