Golden Palms Inn & Suites

I had a wonderful stay and I was really surprised by how lovely this hotel is. The service is great and the staff was really helpful.
I am really glad that I decided to stay here.

I have never been so disrespected, ripped off, and disgusted than i have at this place. i must have chose a bad night because there were a million junior varisty foot ball kids running around and adults with them. Loud music played all night, there were folks doing drugs in the halls, when i called the owner to report it, she said shed call me back, and after hours of nothing called them back only to get a rude hasty remark. So as I barracated myself in the room, i could hear the same woman who was to busy to speak with me out front of my door chewing out what seem to be an employee of hers, Disrespecting the worker in front of many people sitting outside and laughin... so when i thought all couldnt get any worse the noise music and everything did not cease till about 3 in the moring, when above me on the second floor I hear a loud crash... In the moring i get outside to see that the hoodlems had broken out a window up stairs... When i asked for a refund or discounts or something complimentary in the moring i was approached but i homly looking woman who pretended to not know english and denied me of everything. i will never and refuse to ever stay here and would never allow any one i cared about to stay there either. Horrid place!

I stayed at the Golden Palms Inn & Suites last night. My bed was more comfortable than any other hotel I have stayed in. The staff was great and very helpful. My lock wouldnt work on the room they first gave me but as soon as I told them they immediately gave me another room with two beds when I only payed for one. The rooms were very clean and had alot of space.
