Most residents have lived here for years. Nice place. They don’t allow criminals or riffraff, just decent working or retired people. The owners are honest, good people who care. That’s rare. They get people causing problems and disturbing everyone else out. They make people who’s cats roam and spray everyone else’s cars and yards get them under control. You have to keep your place looking good, pay your rent on time, and make your kids behave. If you do, you’ll love it.

Office managers TIFFANY THOMAS AND JAMES/JIM LAWHUN are just nasty people AND THIEVES...They lyed to Ocala police officers that I assaulted a man named jim/James lawhun...i NEVER TOUCH HIM...he came to my home and banged on my door so hard that the walls were shaking. It was so loud it was scaring my daughter until I answered the door and said what is your problem banging like that...jim lawhun trapped our cat and my wife found him in the trap and we let him out and took him inside. Jim lawhun says I broke the TRAP and pushed him... I NEVER touched him I have two witnesses to say I'm right..jim lawhun is lying to officers because I proved to him that he was not allowed to do anything with my cats...ALSO when I got my tax return I paid my rent up 3 months advance $990 lot rent is $330 mo..they charged one month and wrongfully charged me over $180 for 10 cats That I DON'T OWN and THEY ARE REFUSING TO PROVIDE LEGEL DOCUMENTS STATING THEY CAIULD CHARGE ME...WE HAVE BEEN HARASSED BY THEN FOR THE PAST 2 YEARS....

I lived in this park for a year in a half and it was nothing but problems. The office manager looks nice at first but looks can be deceiving.They got me with the rent to own SCAM!my trailer was worth 7000 max. I ended up paying 12,000. They take advantage of single women, people with disabilities blacks and hispanics. Bullying is allowed! And they really dont care because the kid that is doing the bullying mother lives there for 15 years which is also the kids hang out spot.which involves under age drinking but like the other parents are junkies no one cares.i sold many trailer for practically nothing to get my kids out of there. Most tenents are pill poppers. Theres allot of drugs in the community. The elementry school bus stop is behind a motel. Middle school is at a bar. I wish i would of known better before sticking my family there!!! Think twice before getting screwed over like i did.
