Linda G. Blackburn is an experienced commercial litigation attorney who has represented commercial clients through litigating their contractual issues regarding such matters as employment and non-compete agreements, construction contracts, property insurance, obligations under commercial lease agreements, foreclosure matters, shareholder and operating agreements, and warranty enforcement, to name a few. Neil Covone devotes his practice to civil litigation, with a concentration in product liability, general liability, personal injury and wrongful death cases. He routinely defends product manufacturers and retailers through to verdict in tort cases. Mr. Covone has litigated or managed litigation in 12 states and deposed scores of plaintiffs and their experts in 24 states. He also has experience managing mass tort litigation, including representation of product manufacturers in multi-district and asbestos litigation.
Medical Malpractice
Mrs. Green received her law degree from Cumberland School of Law in 1995 and holds licenses to practice law with the Florida Bar and the United States District Court, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida. She holds professional memberships with the Florida Bar and local Marion County Bar Association, Florida Defense Lawyers Association, as well as being a Member of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy and the local Inns of Court. Mrs. Green’s book chapter, “Demonstrative Exhibits”, was published by the Florida Bar and LexisNexis in the Florida Medical Malpractice Handbook, Second Edition, in 2009. Her reported cases include Achumba v. Neustein, 793 So. 2d 1013 (Fla. 5th DCA 2001).
