They’re so amazing! I called daily last week to ask numerous questions (as I am a new, first time homeowner I have LOADS!) they’re always so helpful and easy to talk to!

Excellent service from Lynn and the entire staff. Our HOA is very small but we have services comparable to many large companies. I am informed timely of discrepancies and they handle the day to day issues so I don’t as President. My invoices are sent each month on time. First rate team at a very affordable price.

Having dealt with SPM for the last 2 years, I am very happy with their service. The people are very helpful, professional, and go out of their way to make sure I understand everything going on with my account. I have recommended SPM to some of my friends who were looking for a new HOA management company, and they are very happy with the service provided as well!

Lynn Tipton is extremely unprofessional. She refused to provide me with information multiple times, charged me without my knowing and never notified me that there was a balance on my account. She is u responsive, rude and curses at her clients. I wouldn't refer Southern Property Management to my worst enemy. -5 Stars

I have never dealt with such unprofessional customer service especially from the OWNER Lynn Tipton. Now that SPM has taken over our landscaping now looks terrible. I have emailed on numerous occasions and there were times I was never emailed back. The pool gate hasn't worked since SPM has taken over(you have to open the gate up from the inside). I was told TODAY in order to fix the gate they are going to UP OUR HOA. Houses in neighborhood have overgrown weeds and their siding is discolored. I told her we did not receive the bill and our account has always been in good standing but she charged a unnecessary late fee. Her comments and remarks were unprofessional. I work in customer service and that is not how you handle business. I told her I wanted to put a complaint on google and her response was then ill just say you did not want to pay your bill and we'll place a lien on your mortgage after I just got done saying I would send a check out TODAY. I would never recommend SPM.

This is the rudest and nastiest management company I ever dealt with Allison keep hanging up the phone or put me on hold and never come back after 15 messages still no call back as a home owner I cannot belief that HOA hired and pay for such a nasty group of people .

Rude and curt on the phone. Unhelpful and unprofessional in person. I'm going to make sure 1) I don't own a home managed by this company and 2) I don't hire this company to manage my rental properties.

Southern Property Management will go above and beyond to service the customer. They always answwer the phone and are willing to listen and help. This is one company that believes in Customer Service!
